I am delighted to connect with you again, and I am grateful for God's mercies that have brought us this far. I pray that you and your loved ones are doing well and that God's word continually guides and protects you. Amen.
As we begin this new month, here are four important things that God wants us to keep in mind:
Speak the Word!
This is not a season to complain and lament how bad things are or how much worse they would turn; it's a time to speak God's word concerning our nation, your family, and especially your children.
"Tell them, As I live, says the Lord, what you have said in My hearing I will do to you". Numbers 14:28 (AMPC)
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit". Proverbs 18:21 (NKJV)
You will be RICHLY satisfied by the fruit of your lips, speak only what you want to see.
Speak His name over your children and your household.
In this season of uncertainty, we find safety and protection in the name of our Lord. I encourage you to consecrate your household by speaking the name of Jesus over your children. Just like how the blood protected the children of Israel from the spirit of death that passed through Egypt, the name of Jesus will also protect our children in this season.
God is doing a work over the lives of our children in this season, be sensitive and speak the name of Jesus over your child's life, over every concern no matter how insignificant or greatly troubling that matter is to you. This is a season of healing, salvation and restoration. Speaking the name of Jesus will break bonds of darkness and addictions, expose wickedness, and provide great safety. Speak the name of Jesus over your children today!
Pray by the leading of the Holy Spirit
When you go into the place of prayer, don't be in a hurry to begin to speak, there is a need for precision in this season. Keep your mind open, wait in His presence and allow the Holy Spirit to speak precise petitions through your lips.
"And in a similar way, the Holy Spirit takes hold of us in our human frailty to empower us in our weakness. For example, at times we don’t even know how to pray or know the best things to ask for. But the Holy Spirit rises up within us to super-intercede on our behalf, pleading to God with emotional sighs too deep for words. God, the searcher of the heart, knows fully our longings, yet he also understands the desires of the Spirit, because the Holy Spirit passionately pleads before God for us, his holy ones, in perfect harmony with God’s plan and our destiny". Romans 8:26-27 TPT
In prayer, keep your eyes open and your heart expectant.
When you pray, keep your eyes open, and allow your mind to apprehend that which you are praying for.
It's a season of answered prayers; let the eyes of your spirit man be open to seeing that which you ask in prayer.
“Yes,” he told them, “I saw Satan fall from heaven like lightning! Luke 10:18 NLT
Actions points
You will speak the name of Jesus over the lives of your children in the season like you're anointing them with that name. The name of Jesus is healing, it is deliverance, safety and salvation.
When you go into the place of prayers, do not be in a hurry to begin to petition God. Stay in His presence and keep your mind's eyes open; Let God speak specific things in your heart to pray over your child. In this season destinies are being re-aligned, let the Holy Spirit guide your lips in prayer.
Let your mouth speak only things you want to see about your nation, household and your children.
Keep your spiritual eyes open when praying, see the manifestation of that which you're praying about!
